My payment failed, but the charge is appearing on my credit card/bank statement. Was I charged for that failed transaction?

  1. In some cases, the payment is cleared by your bank but rejected by our processor. When this happens, the charge will appear on your statement but should be labeled as a PENDING charge. Funds are not taken from your account until the charge changes from ‘pending’ to ‘settled’.
  2. Your failed transaction will remain ‘pending’ for up to 2-3 business days, at which point you should no longer see it on your statement at all. If this is not the case, and you believe your charge has been mistakenly settled, please notify us immediately at so we can make the necessary adjustments for you!
